THANK YOU for considering a gift to the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi.  We invite you to consider two areas in which we are in need of financial assisitance.

RETIREMENT NEEDS:   When our retired Sisters were active in ministry, parishes and institutions paid extremely small stipends and did not provide any benefits for retirement needs. So today one of the resources we have to help care for our older Sisters is the generous gifts of our donors.  The Sisters pray daily for those who remember them.

MINISTRY NEEDS:    Many of our donors identfy with our Franciscan charism to care for all of creation because they care lovingly for their pets and/or work to protect the earth's resources.  Our Sisters in active ministry work with those who are without the resources to help themselves.  Their outreach extends to children, women, the elderly, the disabled and migrant workers, to name a few.  Your donations help us sustain our vital ministries to those in need.
