Corporate Responsibility

An increasing awareness of the need to use congregational investment monies in a socially responsible way lead to this stand in the 1970’s. The congregation participates in and supports the work of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (ICCR) and uses investments to uphold human dignity and rights and protection of creation. The congregation has been involved in shareholder dialogue with companies around various issues over the years.
