Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi have supported the empowerment of farm workers as they struggle for self-determination and just and suitable living and working conditions. The congregation holds membership in the National Farm Worker Ministry and acts in solidarity with farm workers through support for boycotts and legislative advocacy.
