The statue of this guardian angel has been located in more than one place on our Motherhouse grounds. For many years it was located on the top of the grape arbor on the west end of our Motherhouse property. In the 1990’s the statue was moved to its present location in the square of land near the carpenter shop on our property. In both instances the angel and child face east toward the rising sun which is an allegory for the Resurrection of Jesus.
