Aging in Place for Our Retired Sisters

Aging in Place for Our Retired Sisters

As we conclude Catholic Sisters Week, we want to thank our retired Sisters who have dedicated their lives to serving others. Many worked in ministries devoted to creating loving homes and communities for men, women, and children in need. Now retired, many Sisters still live within their communities in their own small apartments or in a shared home with other Sisters. Like so many older adults, our Sisters need to modify their homes or plan for additional services so that they can safely age in place with dignity and comfort.

Today we are focusing on raising funds for aging-in-place enhancements. These includes things like handrails, wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and bathroom grab bars to make their living spaces safer and more accessible. With your generous support, we can create a more supportive home environment where our Sisters can continue to thrive.

Your contribution, no matter how big or small, can make a huge difference in the lives of our Sisters. Together, we can provide the kinds of enhancements and services they need to live independently as long as possible. Thank you for your kindness and support!
